Printables for activity directors

Group activities for senior living, day centres and clubs: games people know, music they remember, and an activity calendar for the noticeboard. Make them from your own words when a theme doesn't fit.

A month of activities

  1. Make the month's activity calendar: write each weekly activity once ("Monday Bingo 2pm") and add birthdays and visits.
  2. Weekly: music bingo with songs from the decades your residents grew up with.
  3. Weekly: themed bingo or classic 1–75 number bingo, with Large print ticked and 3×3 or 4×4 squares.
  4. Afternoons: decades trivia read aloud in teams, a Remember When bingo, or a large-print word search.

Questions

Can I make the print bigger?

Tick Large print. Bingo then prints one card per page with one large text size per card (about 20 pt on 4×4, 27 pt on 3×3); word searches and crosswords get bigger letters, lists and clues.

Can we use these with all our residents?

Yes, print as many copies as your groups need.
