Reading Log
One line for each time your child reads: the date, the book, how many minutes and a grown-up's initials. Many schools ask for one; this one prints with your child's name on it.
Tips
- Keep it in the book bag so it travels between home and school.
- Fill it in together right after reading, while the title is fresh.
- Choose 10 rows for a light month of reading and 25 for a busy one.

Can I change what's on the reading log?
Yes. Choose 10, 15, 20 or 25 lines a page; the columns are the date, the book, the minutes and a grown-up's initials.
Can I make one for each child?
Yes. Add one name per line and each child gets their own chart in the same PDF.
