Habit Tracker
Write a few habits down the side and tick a box each day of the month. A whole month on one page makes it easy to look back on how it went.
Tips
- Start with three to five habits; a short list is easier to keep up.
- Keep it where the habit happens: the piano one by the piano, the reading one by the bed.
- Print a fresh one on the first of the month and write the month at the top.
Questions
Can I change what's on the habit tracker?
Yes. Write your own habits in the box above, one per line. Every row gets a box for each day from 1 to 31; leave the days your month doesn't have empty.
Can I make one for each child?
Yes. Add one name per line and each child gets their own chart in the same PDF.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark on the chart.
