Write each weekly activity once, "Monday Bingo 2pm", and it fills every Monday of the month. Add one-off events by date, print a landscape page per month and pin it up.

    How do I add an activity every week?

    Start the line with the day: "Monday Bingo 2pm" prints on every Monday of every month. Lines with a date, like "2027-03-17 St Patrick's Day party", print once.

    Can I print one month at a time?

    The PDF has one landscape page per month, so print only the page for the month ahead and put it on the noticeboard.

    Can residents read it easily?

    Each day gets a big box, and short activity names print largest. Keep each line to a few words.
